This site is offered to you by Humanoforte. Your use of this site constitutes your acknowledgement and agreement to the terms and conditions specified in this Notice, as well as those contained in the various orders released by the Government of India and compliance authorities time to time. • Provision of the services as outlined in either our communication or your engagement letter if any or Terms of Service Agreement for Services with Humanoforte;
• Where applicable to provided assignee program, certain summary data for monitoring purposes;

The Software may NOT be redistributed to any other party (including but not limited to upload to a freeware or shareware site) without the written permission of Humanoforte.
iv. No parts of the Software or other files provided to you through any download from this or a mobile app store may be reproduced in part or in whole, except that you will be entitled to make one back up copy for your own use. You may not remove any copyright or other proprietary notice from the Software. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
v. The Software or app is provided "as is". You agree that by accepting the terms of this agreement, you are expressly acknowledging that the use of the Software or app is at your own risk.
vi. Humanoforte makes no warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to the Software and any accompanying documentation.
vii. In no event shall Humanoforte or its employees or operators of site be liable for any damages (including damages for loss of image or data or profits, interruption, loss of business or personal information, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the content, data, images or Software, even if Humanoforte has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation of liability shall have no application to any liability for death or personal injury nor to any liability arising as a result of fraud on part of Humanoforte (or for which Humanoforte is vicariously liable) nor to any liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
